现阶段，伴随社会整体就业形势的愈发严峻以及大学生就业难问题的逐步凸显，大学生职业生涯规划教育日益引起各高等院校的重视，并被设定为重要课程之一。然而在实际教学过程中，大多数高校普遍存在着重理论轻实践、专业化师资力量薄弱、缺乏阶段规划期等问题。对此，本文即结合高校大学生职业生涯规划教育开展的重要性及其存在问题，就高校大学生职业生涯规划教育的创新路径加以探析。
