大学生从学校到职场，他会面临着新的人和事，人和事的关系本来简单，但加入了人和利的因素，事情就变得纷繁复杂，有时候不可控制。职场中，一些新人的语言和行为，在职场老手看来简直不能理解，总感觉他们不能融入这个集体，适应能力太差，实际上是这些大学生没有把学生思维转向职场思维。实践证明，在工作中影响我们看待问题、分析处理问题、为人处事方式、以及办事效率等方面，往往是我们的思维方式在潜移默化地起作用。大学生尽早地培养职场思维，有利于适应职场环境。

Entering workplace from college, graduates may face new people and new things. The relationship between people and things is simple, but after joining the factors of people and benefits, things will become complex, and sometimes can not be controlled. In the workplace, new comers＇ language and behavior may not be understood by the veterans, which makes them feel that they can not integrate into the group. Their adaptation ability may be considerd poor. In fact, it is the students that can＇t transfer their original thinking into workplace thinkingt.Practice has proved that our way of thinking is uncounsicously influencing the way we deal with problems and people as well as work efficiency. College students need to train their thinking in the workplace, which is conducive to adapt to the workplace environment.
