摘要
以己二酸(ADA)与间苯二甲胺(MXDA)为原料,以水为溶剂合成己二酸间苯二甲胺盐(MXD6盐),研究了N_2条件、反应温度对MXD6盐颜色的影响,测定了不同温度下MXD6盐在水中的溶解度,确定了最佳的合成工艺。通过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)和傅里叶变换红外分析(FTIR)表征了所合成MXD6盐的化学结构,通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热失重分析(TG)表征其热性能。结果表明,所合成的MXD6盐具有很高的纯度,起始热分解温度在360℃左右,熔点为203℃。
Taking adipic acid and m-xylylenediamine as raw materials and water as solvent, m- xylylenediamine salt of adipic acid (MXD6 salt) was synthesized. The effect of nitrogen atmosphere and reaction temperature on the quality was studied. The solubility of MXD6 salt at different temperature was also determined, then the optimum synthesis conditions were summarized. The chemical structure of MXD6 salt was characterized by magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). And the thermal properties were measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG). The results show that the compound is the target product with high purity, and its initial thermal decomposition temperature is about 360 ℃ and the melting point is 203 ℃.
