摘要
为实现工业生产中对手机外壳表面缺陷的自动检测,针对手机外壳缺陷类型,设计双工位光源系统,采用改进的二值图像熵阈值分割方法对采集到的图像进行缺陷分割,最后利用LabVIEW与MATLAB以及内嵌C混合编程的方法完成系统软件设计,成功搭建了手机外壳表面缺陷视觉检测系统。结果表明,该检测系统具有高速、高精度、稳定性好的特点,适用于工业大批量检测。
In order to achieve the goal of detecting the surface defection on cell phone cases automatically in industrial production, a defection detection system was constructed based on machine vision. A two-station lighting system was designed to differentiate defection from background. Then the defection was separated from the image via the improved threshold method based on the entropy of binary image. Finally, by hybrid programming with LabVIEW, MATLAB and embedded C language, the automatic surface defection detection system for cell phone cases was constructed. The experimental results demonstrate that the detection system is suitable for industrial massive detection with high speed, high precision and stable performances.
