吹风机出风口二次顶出脱模机构及注塑模设计 被引量:7

摘要 针对吹风机出风口塑件形状复杂不利于脱模的特点,有针对地对成型件进行了分块设计,型腔侧的脱模采用哈弗滑块抽芯,型芯侧的则采用两次脱模方式脱模,第一次为模板顶出脱模,第二次采用成型件滑块内收方式脱模,并设计了与之配套的二次顶出机构、顶出板开闭控制机构。模具采用一模两腔布局方式,浇注系统创造性地采用哈弗滑块侧壁镶拼式流道和牛角进浇方式,模架有针对性选用了三板大水口两次开模模架。脱模机构结构设计新颖,模具结构简单实用,为同类塑件的注塑生产提供了参考价值。 According to the characteristics of air blower products with complex shape hard to demould, the molding parts was carried out on design block, with the cavity side release by Harvard core pulling slider side core and the core side release by two-stage ejection. The latter included the first template ejection and the secondary inner core-pulling of part slider. Correspondingly, the two-stage ejection mechanism and ejection plate on-off control mechanism were designed. The mould was with one module and two cavities, the gating system adopts Harvard slider side wall inlaying runner and horn cast method, and the mold base was 3- plat mold with big nozzle. The demoulding mechanism has the advantages of novel structure, simple and practical structure, which provides a useful reference for the similar products.
