分泌性中耳炎患者自然杀伤细胞比例、白介素4和干扰素γ表达水平的变化分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分泌性中耳炎(SOM)患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞比例、白介素4(IL-4)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)表达水平的变化及意义。方法选取2014年2月~2016年3月在我院治疗的SOM患者91例(观察组),同时选取100例健康志愿者作为对照组,检测2组NK细胞比例、IL-4、IFN-γ水平。结果观察组外周血NK细胞为(16.80±7.10)%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-4和IFN-γ分别为(310.01±50.81)pg/L和(1 904.66±150.12)pg/L,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。急性SOM患者外周血NK细胞比例为(18.20±5.11)%,明显高于慢性SOM患者(P<0.05),而IL-4和IFN-γ分别为(260.22±40.13)pg/L和(1 705.81±150.43)pg/L,明显低于慢性SOM患者(P<0.05)。病程≥3个月的患者外周血NK细胞为(14.81±4.10)%,明显高于病程<1个月和1~3个月患者(P<0.05),IL-4和IFN-γ分别为(352.14±60.21)pg/L和(2 081.88±190.16)pg/L,明显高于病程<1个月和1~3个月患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者中耳积液IFN-γ为(2 109.41±142.60)pg/L,明显高于外周血(P<0.05)。结论 SOM患者NK细胞比例低,IL-4和IFN-γ高表达,可能在疾病的发病过程中发挥一定的作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of nature killer (NK) ceils, interleukin-4 (IL-4), interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in peripheral blood and middle ear effusion of secretory otitis media (SOM) patients. Methods Ninety-one cases of SOM treated from February 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the observation group. At the same time, 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The expression of NK cells, IL-4 and IFN-γ, in the two groups were detected. Results Peripheral blood NK cells in the observation group were ( 16.80 ±7.10) %, significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). IL-4 and IFN-γ in the observation group were (310.01 ±50.81) pg/L and (1 904.66 ± 150.12) pg/L, all significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). NK ceils in the peripheral blood of patients with acute SOM were ( 18.20±5. 11 )%, significantly higher than those of chronic SOM patients (P 〈 0.05 ), while IL-4 and IFN-γ were (260.22 ± 40.13) pg/L and ( 1 705.81 ± 150.43) pg/L, significantly lower than those in chronic SOM patients ( P 〈 0.05 ). NK cells in the peripheral blood of patients with course 〉13 months were (14.81 ± 4.10)%, significantly higher than course 〈 1 month and 1 ~ 3 months patients (P 〈 0.05 ) ; IL-4 and IFN-γ were (352.14 ±60.21 ) pg/L and (2 081.88 ±190.16) pg/L, significantly higher than the course 〈 1 month and 1 - 3 months patients (P 〈 0.05 ). The IFN-γ of middle ear effusion in the observation group was (2 109.41 ± 142.60) pg/L, significantly higher than that in the peripheral blood (P 〈0.05). Conclusions SOM shows low expression of NK cells and high expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ, and may play a role in the pathogenesis of the disease.
