摘要
目的探索飞行员与普通人群血压与颅内大血管血流速度之间的关系。方法随机选择经颅多普勒超声(transcranial doppler,TCD)门诊患者,记录颅内大血管血流速度,用经校正的汞柱血压计测量其双侧肱动脉血压,左右分别测量3次求取平均值。同样记录来空军总医院进行健康体检的健康飞行员的脑血流图各参数及外周肱动脉血压,A-Pulse CASpro中心动脉压测量仪测量飞行员的中心动脉压。结果飞行员和普通人群外周肱动脉血压和脑血流速度之间均无统计学意义,中心动脉压和脑血流速度之间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。飞行员中心动脉血压和右侧肱动脉血压之间的回归方程为:Y=27.428+0.631X。结论肱动脉血压和脑血管血流速度之间无明显相关性,同样中心动脉压和脑血管血流速度之间也无明显相关性,不能仅凭外周肱动脉血压高低来评估人体的血管血液动力学健康状况。
Objective To investigate the relationships between central arterial pressure and cerebral blood flow velocity of pilots and general population. Methods The cerebral hemodynamic parameters of transcranial doppler patients and healthy pilots were recorded. At the same time, the blood pressure of both groups was measured three times with a mercury sphygmomanometer and the average value was obtained. The central arterial pressure of these pilots was measured with an A-Pulse CASpro electronic sphygmomanometer. Results There was no association between brachial artery blood pressure and cerebral blood flow velocity or between central arterial pressure and cerebral blood flow velocity (P〉0.05). Two variables, cerebral arterial pressure and brachial artery pressure, were inputted into the regression equation and the result was Y=27.428+0.631X. Conclusion Brachial artery blood pressure is not associated with cerebral blood flow velocity or with central artery pressure. We should not assess the health status of vascular kinetics by brachial artery pressure alone.
