正畸治疗患者牙釉质脱矿发生情况及影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨正畸治疗患者牙釉质脱矿发生情况及影响因素分析。方法选取达州市中心医院2013年10月—2015年12月进行正畸治疗的患者138例,收集临床资料,统计牙釉质脱矿的发生率,采用多因素Logistic回归分析影响正畸治疗发生牙釉质脱矿的危险因素。结果 138例正畸治疗患者其牙釉质脱矿的发生率为21.01%;患者性别、疾病种类非影响正畸治疗患者牙釉质脱矿的单因素,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、前牙区、使用传统直丝弓矫治器、酸蚀时间≥15 s均为影响正畸治疗患者牙釉质脱矿的危险因素(P<0.001)。结论年龄较大、前牙区正畸、使用传统直丝弓矫治器及酸蚀时间长的正畸患者发生牙釉质脱矿的几率高,针对影响因素制定相关防范措施可降低患者牙釉质脱矿的发生率。 Objective To investigate the incidence of enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment and influencing factors. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients under orthodontic treatment at our hospital between October 2013 and December 2015 were selected as subjects. Clinical data of these patients was collected and the incidence of enamel demineralization was calculated. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors for enamel demineralization during orthodontic treatment. Results Among the 138 cases of orthodontic treatment, the incidence of enamel demineralization was 21.01%. Gender and disease type were not single factors for enamel demineralization, and the difference was not of statistical significance (P〉0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old, anterior teeth area, the use of traditional straight wire appliance, acid etching time≥15 s were risk factors for enamel demineralization in patients under orthodontic treatment (P〈0.001). Conclusion Older age, orthodontic treatment of anterior teeth, the use of traditional straight wire appliance and long acid etching can leave patients more vulnerable to enamel demineralization. Prevention and control measures can reduce the incidence of enamel demineralization.
