庄头泵站供水工程进排气阀的选型计算与分析 被引量:2

摘要 为改善管路负压偏大的压力状态,以庄头泵站供水工程为例,选用美国标准ANSI/AWWA C512—2004计算方法、以色列设计空气阀结构尺寸时所采用方法、《Flow Control Devices》中的口径计算方法进行进排气阀的口径选型计算,得到了200 mm和150 mm两种口径的进排气阀选型结果,并分别模拟了两种进排气阀防护工况下的泵站停泵水力过渡过程。结果表明,在200 mm口径的进排气阀防护下,管路负压明显减小,管路压力状态满足规范要求;在150 mm口径进排气阀的防护下,管路负压仍偏大,不满足规范要求。通过水力过渡过程计算对进排气阀的口径选型进行了复核。 Taking the Zhuangtou Pumping Station Water Supply Project as an example, the paper carried out the diameter calculation of in- take and exhaust valve, to improve the state of high negative pressure in the pipeline. It selected three kinds of classical methods of the intake and exhaust valve to do the calculation, which includes American Standard C512-2004 ANSI/AWWA calculation method, method for design of air valve structure in Israel and diameter calculation method in 〈〈Flow Control Devices)). There are two results: intake and exhaust valves with a diameter of 200 mm and 150 mm. Then, it simulated respectively the hydraulic transient process in two kinds of protection conditions. The results show that under protection of the intake and exhaust valve with a diameter of 200 mm, the negative pressure of the pipeline is ob- viously reduced and pressure station of pipeline can meet the requirement of the specification; under protection of the inlet and outlet valve with a diameter of 150 mm, the negative pressure of the pipeline is still large and can not meet the requirement of the specification. That is, the intake and exhaust valve with a diameter of 200 mm is suitable to this project. It rechecked the diameter of intake and exhaust valve through the calculation of the hydraulic transient process.
