Study on Chemical Constituents of Sanicula lamelligera Hance

目的:研究大肺筋草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备液相色谱等对大肺筋草的化学成分进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定所分离化合物的结构。结果:从大肺筋草的乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:去氢催吐萝芙木醇(Ⅰ)、金色酰胺醇脂(Ⅱ)、对苯二甲酸二丁酯(Ⅲ)、对苯二甲酸丁甲酯(Ⅳ)、对苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅴ)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective：To study chemical constituents of Sanicula lamelligera Hance. Methods：Column chromatography, such as silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC was used to separate and purify the compounds of ethyl acetate extraction of Sanicula lamelligera Hance. Their structures were identified by physical constants and spectroscopic techniques. Results ： Five compounds were isolated and identified as （＋）-dehydrovomifoliol（ Ⅰ）, Asperglaucide （ Ⅱ ）, Terephthalic acid dibutyl ester（ Ⅲ ） , 1,4-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1-butyl 4-methyl ester （Ⅳ） , 1,4-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, 1,4-bis （2-methylpropyl） ester （Ⅴ ）. Conclusion： Compounds Ⅰ- Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
