异病同治的基础在于"证同治亦同",证候是人体在疾病发展变化过程中的本质反映,是决定治疗的关键。功能性失声症与不明原因呕吐虽病情表现迥异,仔细辨证审因,仍可找出其共同病机为肝郁气滞、气机不畅,以"异病同治"作为指导,临床疗效甚佳。

Different diseases can be cured similarly, which is based on the principle of same syndromes treated with same method. Syndrome, the key to treatment ,is the essential reflection of human body in the development of the disease process. The manifestations of functional aphonia and unexplained vomit are different, but we can still find the common pathogenesis, that is stagnation of QI due to depression of the liver and functional activity of QI being not smooth, aher careful syndrome differentiation. Acupuncture treatment can get a good curative effect instructed by the principle of ＂treating different disease with same method＂.
