摘要
在法学教育发展与改革的过程中,我国相继引入了案例教学法、诊所式法律教育、模拟法庭等方法,经过时间的检验,案例教学法具有明显的成本、实施效果等方面的优势.但传统的案例教学法在培养学生职业技能方面存在多方面的不足,而互联网海量的信息则为改革传统的案例教学法提供了可能,合理利用这些信息在一定程度上能有助于训练学生的法律思维,培养法律职业技能.
The orientation of the legal education in our country has been debated, but now the direction of vocational education has been made clear. How to cultivate the professional skills of law students is a major issue to be examined and deeply thought. In the process of development and reform of law education, China has followed the introduction of the method of case teaching,clinical legal education, moot court, etc., after the test of time, the case teaching method has cost, implementation of such advantages obviously. But traditional case teaching method in the cultivation of students' professional skills brings many deficiencies, and massive Interact information is to reform the traditional case teaching method. Reasonable utilization of such information in a certain extent can contribute to training students' legal thinking, cultivate the legal professional skills as well.
