摘要
各种CFD的商业软件被广泛应用于包括石化在内的诸多行业。本文对其在石油炼制行业中各种的应用做了简单综述,介绍了其对石化中的典型过程(催化裂化和烃类裂解等)和石化生产中的通用过程和设备(加热炉、泵、换热器和分离器等)的模拟研究进展。模拟结果能有效改善设备的运行情况、优化设备的操作条件、提高生产的安全性,可以用于指导生产过程中的设计、诊断和优化。
The commercial CFD softwares have been used widely in many industries. An brief introduction was given here about the application of CFD in the oil refinery industry. The progress of simulation study of typical processes of oil refinery (catalytic cracking and hydrocarbon cracking) and the general processes and equipments (furnace, pump, heat exchanger, and seperator) was presented. The simulation results indicate that CFD can effectively improve the working condition of equipment, optimized the operating conditions of e- quipment, improve production safety of the processes and can be used for process design, diagnosis and optimization of industrial pro- cesses.
