The Doctor-patient Relationship from the Perspective of Life Philosophy Based on “Individual beyond Individual”

先由"畏死的恐惧"这一人之弱点引申出人之本真需要的一体两面性和人之本真存在的一体两面性,提出人之本性为"互慈和创-实在的自由"。其后,提出"本真的人"、"异化的人"和"人-质料"的概念,讨论强壮的"超个体的个体"对弱小恐惧的"原子式个体"的超越与拯救,论述"超个体的个体"为本位的生命哲学是一种"本真的人本主义",是人类文明再启蒙的重要内容,并提出本真的医患关系是"互慈和创的医患共同体"。讨论了异化的医患关系的原因与特征;阐释了本真医患关系的特征,举例介绍适合它的机制;并提出了医生的自我救赎问题。

From the human weaknesses on fear of death, this paper first derives the dua] nature of real needs and real existence of human being. It proposes that the human nature is ＂mutual kind and harmonious creation＂, which reflects the real freedom of human. On this basis, the author introduces the concept for ＂true man＂, ＂alienated man＂ and ＂human- material＂; discusses the transcendence and salvanon of the strong ＂individual beyond individual＂ to the weak ＂atomic individual＂. The author argues the life philosophy based on ＂individual beyond individual＂ is a kind of ＂real humanism＂. It is an important content of the re-enlightenment of human civilization. Meanwhile. the author believes that the true relationship between doctor and patient is the unity of patient and doctor with ＂mutual kind and harmonious creation＂. Furthermore, the reasons and characteristics of the alienated doctor-patient relationship are analyzed, after which the basic properties of real doctor-patient relationship is proposed with the example of sound mechanisms to such relationship. Finallv. the self-salvation of doctor is advocated.
