摘要 医学生职业素养的培养是人文医学教育的重要任务,但目前对医学生职业素养的构成和各阶段教学目标存在争议。通过文献分析和教育教学实践,将职业技能和人文精神归纳为医学生职业素养的组成部分,其中人文精神由利他主义、沟通能力和团队合作组成。同时,在医学教育过程中将各部分划分为理论目标、发展目标和实践目标三个教学阶段,在每个阶段有针对性地提出培养目标和教育途径,以期为医学院校开展医学生职业素养教育和相应的教学改革提供参考。 The cultivation of medical students' professional literacy is an important task of humanistic medicine education. However, there are controversies on the composition of medical professional literacy and its teaching objectives in each stage. By literature analysis and educational practices, the authors consider vocational skill and humanism are components of medical students~ professional literacy. Altruism, communication, teamwork are components of humanism. We should divide each component into theory goal, development goal and practice goal in the process of medical education, and proposes educational objectives and education approaches for each stage, in order to provide references for education and educational reform of medical students' professional literacy in medical universities.
