双环醇联合抗病毒治疗对孕中期慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能、病毒复制及母婴传播的影响

Effect of bicylol combined with antiviral therapy on liver function,virus replication and mother-to-child transmission of midtrimester patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨双环醇联合抗病毒治疗对孕中期慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者肝功能、病毒复制及母婴传播的影响。方法将80例孕中期CHB患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。两组均给予拉米夫定抗病毒治疗,研究组在此治疗基础上口服双环醇片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后肝功能指标、病毒复制情况,以及治疗有效率及母婴传播情况。结果治疗后,两组的AST、ALT、HBV-DNA拷贝数均较前降低(P<0.05),且研究组患者的AST及ALT水平、HBV-DNA拷贝数、母婴垂直传播率以及宫内传播率均低于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用双环醇联合抗病毒治疗孕中期CHB患者可促进恢复患者肝功能,减少病毒复制和降低母婴传播率。

Objective To explore the effect of bicylol combined with antiviral therapy on hepatic function ,virus replication and mother-to-child transmission of midtrimester patients with chronic hepatitis B （CHB）.Methods A total of 80 midtrimester patients with CHB were randomly divided into control group and study group , with 40 cases in each group .Antiviral therapy with lamivudinevir was performed in both groups,and oral administration of bicylol was performed in the study group on the basis of antiviral therapy .The indicators for liver function and viral replication before and after treatment,therapeutic effectiveness rate and mother-to-child transmission were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of AST and ALT,copy number of HBV-DNA decreased in both groups compared to those before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of AST and ALT,copy number of HBV-DNA,vertical transmission rate and intrauterine transmission rate were lower and the therapeutic effectiveness rate was higher in the study group compared to the control group （all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bicylol combined with antiviral therapy for midtrimester patients with CHB can effectively improve the patients′liver function ,reduce the viral replication and the mother-to-child transmission rate .
