艾地苯醌对酒精依赖患者认知功能的影响

EFFECTS OF IDEBENONE ON COGNITIVE FUNCTIONS OF ALCOHOL-DEPENDENT PATIENTS

目的探讨艾地苯醌对酒精依赖患者认知功能的影响。方法选择接受常规治疗的酒精依赖患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例。对照组只给予抗酒渴求口服药纳曲酮每日25mg、每周一次心理治疗的常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗的基础上加服艾地苯醌每日90mg,分3次口服。并于入组时及治疗3月末分别应用韦氏记忆量表(Wechsler Memory Scale,WMS)和威斯康星卡片分类测验(Modified Wisconsin Card Sorting Test,M-WCST)对两组患者进行认知功能测评。结果研究组治疗前后WMS评分中的视觉再认、视觉再生、理解记忆、背诵数目、记忆商数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),WCST评分中的分类正确数、分类错误数、持续错误数治疗前后比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组治疗3月末WMS评分和WCST评分与入组时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾地苯醌可以有效改善酒精依赖患者的认知功能,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of idebenone on cognitive functions of alcohol-dependent patients. Methods 100 Alcohol-dependent patients with routine treatment were selected and randomly divided into the research group （ n =50） and the control group （ n =50）. The control group received the routine treatment with 25mg of naltrexone each day and psychotherapy, while the research group was given 90mg of idebenone each day in three times besides the routine treatment. The therapy lasted three months in bith groups. Both the research group and the control group were evaluated by Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS） and Modified Wisconsin Card Sorting Test （WCST） before and after the treatments. Results In the research group, there were significant difference in the score of WMS （ P 〈0.01） and WCST （ P 〈0.05） before and after treatments, such as visual recognition, visual reproduction, understanding and memory, recitation and memory quotient in WMS and correct number of classification, error number of classification and persistent error number in WCST. In the control group, the scores of WMS and WCST showed no significant difference when compared with the results before treatment （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Idebenone can effectively improve the cognitive functions of alcohol-dependent patients.
