风水梁獭兔养殖园区一株兔巴氏杆菌的分离及鉴定

Isolation and Identification of a Rabbit's Pasteurella Multocida from Feng shuiliang Rex Rabbits Culture Zone

兔巴氏杆菌病是一种因兔感染巴氏杆菌而引起的急性传染病,也称兔出血性败血症。本试验从内蒙古风水梁獭兔养殖园区病死幼兔肝脏中分离到一株细菌,通过对病死兔的临床解剖及细菌的菌落形态学观察、细菌革兰氏染色判断为疑似巴氏杆菌。对分离到的菌株进行生化反应、动物试验及PCR种属鉴定。结果显示该株细菌为多杀性巴氏杆菌。药敏试验结果显示该菌对头孢拉定、氟苯尼考、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、复方新诺明高度敏感。

Rabbit＇s pasteurellosis is an acute infection caused by Pasteurella multocida. And it also called hem-orrhagic septicaemia. This experiment get a bacterial from a disease rabbit that from Inner Mongolia Feng Shui-liang Rex rabbits culture zone after screening. It was identified as suspected Pasteurella multocida by clinicalsymptoms, morphological, cultural and gram staining.Based on physiological and biochemical characteristies aswell as the results of PCR, it was identified as Pasteurella multocida. Drug sensitivity showed that it showedhigh sensitivity to florfenicol, cefradine, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin and sulfamethoxazole, while was immune toothers.
