摘要
采用单卵囊分离技术,从广西壮族自治区玉林市某兔场兔球虫混合感染样品中获得1株球虫,用其接种SPF兔进行增殖,根据其寄生部位、形态、大小等指标确定其种类,并对其生物学特性和致病性进行研究。结果显示,该虫株寄生于十二指肠、空肠,卵囊呈长卵圆形,橙黄色,卵膜孔开口于窄端,有残体,潜隐期为98h,最短孢子化时间为24h。通过随机测定100个孢子化卵囊后发现,孢子化卵囊的大小为(31.8~39.0)×(19.5~23.4)μm,平均大小35.80×21.36μm,形状指数1.68。对照相关文献,确定该虫株为纯种中型艾美耳球虫。SPF兔感染该虫株后,出现食欲减退,精神萎顿,排出软粪或稀粪,且增重显著低于空白对照组。致病性试验结果显示该虫株具有一定的致病性。
Using the single oocyst isolation technique, one strain of rabbit coccidiosis was obtained from a rab-bit farm in Yulin of Guangxi zhuang autonomous region. The Guangxi strain of rabbit coccdia was proliferatedthrough the SPF rabbits, and was identified as E. media, according to its parasitic position, shape, size, etc.Then its biological characteristics and pathogenicity was measured. The results showed that the isolated coc-cidan parasitized in the duodenum and jejunum, and the oocyst was long ovoid and orange. It had the micropyleopening at the narrow end and residual body. The latent period was 98 hours and the shortest sporulated timewas 24 hours. 100 sporulated oocysts were randomly selected and measured. The oocyst sizes were(31.8~39.0)×(19.5~23.4)μm and the average size was 35.80×21.36 μm, and the oocyst index was 1.68. The isolated strain ofrabbit coccidia was judged to E. media by its oocyst morphology according to relevant literature. The SPF rab-bits inoculated with this strain showed loss of appetite, depressed, soft or loose stool fecal discharge, and theweight gain was significantly lower than the control group. The phathogenicity test showed this strain had a cer-tain pathogenicity.
