摘要
试验旨在研究烟碱对家兔真菌病的治疗作用。采用乙醇提取法提取烟碱,选择41只患真菌病的兔,用烟碱对兔体表患病部位进行喷搽。结果表明:用烟碱喷搽6次(第9天)后,家兔感染真菌较轻微的皮肤开始好转,痂皮脱落;喷搽9次(第14天)后,家兔感染部位皮肤痂皮完全脱落,逐渐长出新的毛发,基本痊愈;喷搽11次(第20天)后,皮肤患病部位基本痊愈,毛发生长良好;再观察1周(第27天),41只兔患病皮肤均痊愈,毛发生长良好。说明烟碱对家兔皮肤真菌病具有治疗作用。
The experiment designed to study the effect of nicotine on rabbit fungal. forty-one rabbits infected byFungal were choosen and spray infected rabbit skin using nicotine,which has been entracted by ethylalcohol.The result indicated that Rabbit skin slightly infected by Fungal began to improve and scabby skin fall off afterusing nicotine 6 times. After 9 times partial scabby skin completely detached and gradually grew new furs.After11 times, skin disease basically recovered, and fur grew well.Then observing 1 week, 41 rabbit skin were recov-ered and furs grew well. The experiment showed that nicotine has therapeutic effect on rabbit skin fungal.
