Default Diagnose on Abnormal Variation of Rotating Speed of the Motor-Generator Set

分析了由变频器供电的永磁电动-发电机组转速异常波动的原因。根据机组中永磁发电机的结构特点和现场条件,提出了在不拆解发电机的情况下,对绕组匝间短路故障进行定位的方法。

Cause to result in the abnormal variation of rotating speed of the motor-generator set powered by frequency converter was analyzed. Based on the structural characteristics of PM generator in the set and site condition, the method to positioning inter-turn short-circuit-default in the condition not to disassemble the generator was presented.
