摘要
通过对筋外冷立式电机的轴承结构分析,采用给角接触轴承轴向施加合适的预紧力,使其在合理的工况下运行,以实现立式电机卧式放置并直接施加负载进行型式试验。试验结果表明,采用此种方法进行试验是可行的,为同类结构电机的负载试验提供参考。
After analyzing the bearing arrangement of the vertical motor with outer cooling fins, a proper axial force as the preload was applied on the angular bearing,making the motor operate under the reasonable condition i.e. the vertical motor was laid out horizontally, load was applied onto it, and then, the type test could be conducted.Test result showed the feasibility of this test method. Also,it was able to satisfy the load test of the motors with similar type of constructions.
