摘要
简述了TiAlN涂层的制备方法、研究进展及应用,主要介绍了元素V对TiAlVN涂层性能影响的研究现状,包括涂层的相结构、硬度、抗磨擦性能、抗氧化性能、抗腐蚀性能等领域。对其今后的发展做了展望,指出多元合金化和超硬纳米多层膜将成为今后的研究热点。
In this paper,the preparation methods and application progresses of TiAlN coatings were summarized,and the research status on the influence of element V on properties of TiAlVN coating was introduced,including phase structure,hardness,antioxidant properties,anti corrosion properties and so on.The future development was prospected.It was pointed out that multi alloying and superhard nano multilayer films would become a hot research topic in the future.
