摘要 褪黑素是一种主要由松果体合成的激素。它的合成和分泌受到光强度的调节,并且其分泌量随着年龄的增长而逐渐减少。研究发现,褪黑素有调节睡眠周期、抗氧化和抗炎、调节脂质和葡萄糖代谢的功能。近年有研究表明,褪黑素在高血压、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(MI/RI)、肺动脉高压、心肌慢性间歇性低氧损伤、血管疾病以及心脏瓣膜疾病等多种心血管疾病中起着重要作用。本文就褪黑素与心血管疾病关系的研究进展做一简要阐述。 Melatonin is a neuroendocrine hormone, which is synthesized primarily by the pineal gland. The synthesis and secretion of melatonin are regulated by light intensity. It has been found that melatonin has functions in regulating the sleep cycle, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. Melatonin has also been shown to regulate lipid and glucose metabolism. Recent research suggests that melatonin plays an important role in various cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, pulmonary hypertension, myocardial chronic intermittent hypoxic injury, vascular diseases and valvular heart diseases. In this paper, the relationship between melatonin and cardiovascular diseases is described.
