One case of Konno-Rastan's operation for aortic stenosis developed after repair of aortic stenosis
摘要
1临床资料 患儿，女，年龄12岁，体质量28kg。因反复发作性头晕、心慌、气短收入西京医院心血管外科婴幼儿和复杂先心病区。查体：胸骨上窝可触及收缩期震颤，心脏明显扩大，主动脉瓣听诊区闻及V／6级收缩期杂音。
