临汾市社会体育指导员参与指导服务的影响因素分析

Analysis on Factors of Social Sports Instructors' Participation in Guiding Service in Linfen City

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科研方法进行分析研究。结果显示:社指参加服务次数过多;时间过长;地点多集中在开放性强的广场与公园;指导的项目偏单一,多为健身操和武术;每次进行指导时人数多,规模大的占多数。建议增多地方培训基地,加大培养力度。加多免费提供技能培训机会。将参与社会健身指导服务列入在校公益活动。

We used the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, we found that service too many times to participate in social sports instructors; time is too long; locations are more concentrated in the open square and park. To guide the project is too single, many gymnastics and martial arts; each of the guidance number scale big accounted for the majority of. we suggested to increase the local instructor training base, increase the intensity of training, plus free for social sports instructors to provide skills training opportunities, participate in the community fitness guidance services included in the school of public welfare activities.
