民族传统体育专业学生技能与就业倾向的调查研究

Investigation on Traditional Ethnic Sports Majors Students' Skills and Employment Tendency

用文献资料法、访谈法、调查问卷法以及数理统计法,以山西师范大学体育学院民族传统体育专业大四学生为调查对象,对该专业的学生技能和就业倾向进行调查研究,得出结论:学生的就业倾向与自己擅长的专项技能有关,而影响专业技能提高的因素有学校场地器材开放时间受限、必修课与选修课课时分配不合理、自身因素。

In this paper, using literature data method, interview method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics, in Shanxi Normal University sports institute majoring in traditional sports students as investigation object, and the professional skills of students and employment tendency is investigated and studied, draw the conclusion： the students＂ employment tend to be associated with their special skills, and the influencing factors of special skills to improve a school location equipment limited opening time, required courses and elective class distribution is not reasonable, its own factors.
