连铸二冷风机转子更换工艺优化及风机壳和底座结构改进 被引量:1

Exchange procedure optimization of continuous casting secondary cooling fan rotor and fan structure improvement of shell and foundation

摘要 板坯连铸机在生产过程中,二冷室会有大量腐蚀性水蒸气产生,二冷风机的功能是及时排除二冷室内的水蒸气。某钢厂特厚板连铸机二冷风机布置在两个二层风机房内,由于风机结构及检修空间限制,转子更换过程非常困难。为解决上述问题,我们根据现场实际情况,对二冷风机的机壳及转子底座结构进行了一系列优化改进,从而彻底解决了更换二冷风机转子空间不足的问题,检修时间也由原来的9.5 h缩短到6.5 h,大大提高了检修效率,降低了检修成本。 There will be lots of corrosive steam in secondary cooling chamber during the production of continuous casting.The function of secondary cooling fan was used to eliminate the steam.The secondary cooling fan of thick slab continuous caster arranged in second floor.It is very difficult to exchange fan rotor because of the fan structure and maintenance space.In order to solve the above problems,we have carried out a series of optimization and improvement to the structure of the secondary fan shell and rotor foundation according to the actual situation of workshop.As a result of these optimization and improvement,the problem of insufficient space in the process of replacing secondary cooling fan rotor was solved.Repair time reduced from 9.5 h to 6.5 h.The maintenance efficiency is improved,and the maintenance cost is reduced
