摘要
以典型的支架钣金零件为载体进行冲压成形工艺分析,针对支架钣金件的结构特点,应用有限元模拟分析软件,进行弯曲与拉深成形工艺的对比分析。通过模拟成形工艺分析,对比2种工艺方案的结果,优化了支架钣金零件冲压成形工艺,提高了设计工效,实现了经验与科学设计的良好结合。
The technique analysis for stamping of typical support sheet metals was carried out in this study. According to the structure characteristics of the support metal plate, the forming process of bending and deep drawing was simulated with the help of the finite element software and comparisons were made between the two. Via the process simulation, results of the two kinds of processing plan were compared and the stamping technology of the support metal sheet was optimized. Meanwhile, the design efficiency was greatly improved. This application offers a good combination of experience and scientific design.
