关于高校图书馆馆藏图书总量统计数据的辨析——以对外经济贸易大学图书馆为例

Analysis on Total Statistics of Book Collection in University Library——Taking the Library of University of International Business and Economics as an Example

以对外经济贸易大学图书馆为例,论述了导致图书馆馆藏图书总量的统计结果在"书目数据统计系统"(图书馆)与"图书资产统计系统"(资产管理处)和"图书财务统计系统"(财务处)中无法做到完全一致的原因,探索了科学统计馆藏图书总量的方案,为规范统计数据口径或在现有体制下组合使用多组数据提供了参考意见。

Taking the library of the University of International Business and Economics as an example,this paper discusses the reasons about the differences in library collections between＂system of book statistics＂（library）,＂system of asset statistics＂（asset management division）and＂system of property statistics＂（finance office）,explores the plans how to statistics books scientifically,provides advices about how to standard statistical caliber normatively or use multiple groups of data under the existing system.
