膝半月板成型或缝合术后早期康复对关节活动功能、ASK评分及WHOQOL评分的影响

目的探讨早期康复介入治疗对膝关节半月板成型术或缝合术后患者关节功能的影响。方法选取2014年11月至2015年11月行膝关节半月板成型或缝合术的患者90例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组45例。对照组术后接受早期制动治疗,观察组术后采用早期康复介入治疗。比较两组患者手术前后的AKS评分情况及生存质量(WHOQOL)评分结果。结果两组术前AKS评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。两组术后3周AKS评分均较术前明显增高,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。观察组术后WHOQOL评分明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论膝关节半月板成型或缝合术后早期康复介入治疗的疗效优于早期制动,可明显改善关节功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention and early braking on joint movement function after knee meniscus formation or suture. Method The November 2014-2015 year in November in our hospital 90 cases of knee meniscus forming or suture were selected as the object of study, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group patients in the early postoperative rehabilitation of the brake, the observation group of patients in the early postoperative rehabilitation intervention treatment, observation of two groups of the patients were compared before and after the AKS score and quality of life （WHOQOL）. Result The AKS score and WHOQOL score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For meniscal suture forming or early rehabilitation of patients with interventional therapy is superior to early brake treatment, not only can effectively improve the joint function of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients, has wide clinical application value.
