慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of one-visit root canal therapy for chronic apical periodontitis

目的评价慢性根尖周炎一次性根管治疗的长期疗效和可靠性。方法选取临床诊断为慢性根尖周炎的单根管患牙133颗,随机分为两组,观察组57颗,采用一次性根管充填,对照组76颗,采用传统的多次性根管治疗。在根管治疗后24小时和1周后观察两组的疼痛和急性炎症反应情况,评价治疗后6个月和1年的治愈率,比较两组的临床疗效。结果根管治疗后,两组术后疼痛率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组在治疗后6个月的有效率分别为91.23%和96.05%,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后1年的有效率分别为85.96%和94.74%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论慢性根尖周炎采用一次性根管治疗的长期疗效与多次性根管治疗无明显区别,可临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the long-term effect and feasibility of one-visit root canal therapy for chronic apical periodontitis. Method 133 teeth with single root canal of chronic apical periodontitis were collected and divided into two groups. 57 of them were included in test group and treated with one-visit root canal therapy, while 76 were included in control group and performed with multi-visit root canal therapy. Pain and acute inflammation 24 hours and 1 week after the treatment was observed. The cute rate 6 months and 1 year after the therapy was evaluated and the clinical effectiveness was also assessed. Result There was no significant difference between the test group and control group after the root canal therapy （P〉0.05）. The same as the cute rate of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion One-visit root canal therapy showed no difference from multi-visit root canal therapy for chronic apical periodontitis on clinical effect.
