主动脉根部瘤是主动脉外科常见的疾病。目前,Bentall手术已成为治疗升主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全和A型主动脉夹层合并主动脉瓣关闭不全的经典术式,该手术方式操作相对简单,模式相对固定。本文主要从4个方面对这个术式进行介绍,包括手术指征的选择、手术操作的具体方法、并发症的处理和手术的结果。

Aortic root aneurysm is a common disease of aortic surgery. Currently, BentaU procedure has become the classic treatraent of aortic aneurysm associated with aortic valve insufficiency, type A aortic dissection associated with aortic valve insufficiency. The operation method is relatively simple to manipulate and the mode of operation is relatively fixed. This article mainly focuses on four aspects： the surgical indications, operation methods, treatment of complications and the results of the operation.
