Complications of foam sclerotherapy for varix of lower limb and its prevention

近年泡沫硬化剂广泛地应用于下肢静脉曲张的治疗,尽管泡沫硬化剂是一种安全、有效的治疗手段,但其引起的不良反应仍应受到临床医生的重视。为此,本文对泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张过程中常见的并发症进行回顾性分析和归纳,以期加深临床医生对泡沫硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张过程中并发症的认识,减少不良反应的发生。

Foam sclerotherapy is widly used to treat varicose veins in lower limbs for years. Although it＇s turned out to be a safe and effective way, the corredponding complications have been concerned by surgeons. Hereby, this paper reviewed the complications of foam sclerotherapy for varicose vein in lower limbs to improve the understanding of it with an aim to minimize its occurrence.
