摘要
血管内超声成像技术(IVUS)具有穿透性高、成像范围广等特点。光学相干断层成像技术(OCT)具有分辨率高、灵敏度高等优点,被称为"光学活检"。2种技术各有优势。本文对ICUS和OCT的临床应用作综合回顾,并探讨其应用于颈部和颅内血管检查、介入治疗中的可行性。
Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) has the characteristics of high penetrability and wide imaging range. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) has high resolution and high sensitivity, and recognized as "optical biopsy". Two technologies have their own advantages. This article reviewed the clinical application of IVUS and OCT, to explore the feasibility of applying them to the cervical and intracranial vascular examination and interventional therapy.
