Study on the Influencing Factors of Investment Efficiency of Listed Company Based on ISM

本文以上市公司投资效率的影响因素作为出发点,借助解释结构模型(ISM)的相关原理和方法,构建ISM模型对投资效率影响因素进行分析,得到各影响因素之间的层次结构关系,从而为上市公司提高投资效率提供一个系统完整的参考框架,同时也为上市公司建立有效的投资决策机制提供基本依据。

Taking the factors affecting the investment efficiency of listed companies as a starting point,and using the related principle and method of construction of the interpretation structure model（ISM）,and the influence factors of the ISM model on investment efficiency analysis,the paper gets the hierarchy relationship among various influencing factors,so as to provide a reference framework for a complete system for listed companies to improve the efficiency of investment,and at the same time,provide the basis for listed companies to establish the effective mechanism of investment decision.
