“三道门”理论视域下的云南边境地区非法婚姻移民问题研究

Research on Illegal Marriage Immigrations in Yunnan Border Areas under the Perspective of "Three Doors" Theory

云南省分别与越南、老挝、缅甸三国接壤。自古至今大量的毗邻国妇女以非法通婚的方式源源不断地进入我国并长期定居。这类非法婚姻移民群体对我国边境地区的社会秩序、国家安全及国际关系都产生了消极影响。结合哈马尔的"三道门"理论进行研究分析:云南边境地区的非法婚姻移民问题需要"疏、堵"结合、"刚、柔"并济,外部治理与内部治理共同展开,才能有效地解决问题。

Yunnan province is bounded by Vietnam, Laos and Burma. Since ancient times, a large number of neighboring women have been continuously entering China and settled for a long time by illegal marriage. This kind of illegal marriage immigrants have a negative impact on the social order, the population security, the national security and the international relations in China’s border areas. This paper has researched and analyzed on this question according to Hamar’s ＂three doors＂ theory： How to effectively solve this problem in Yunnan border, we need to combine the guidance with the confinement, temper justice with mercy, external and internal governance.
