Research and Design of Switching Power Supply with Wide Range of Output

摘要 针对输出电压为5V^100V的开关电源,提出了一种以STM32F103微处理器和SG3524为控制核心的设计方案.电源设计主电路采用DC/DC推挽型功率变换器,STM32F103通过内部DAC输出电压与采样反馈的输出电压误差比较后作为SG3524的基准电压,SG3524根据基准电压的变化自动产生PWM波,经IR2110功率放大后驱动MOSFET,调节MOSFET的输出脉宽,实现了输出电压的连续可调.测试结果表明,输出电压可调范围为5V^100V,最大输出功率为200 W,达到了良好的效果,验证了方案的可行性. A design scheme based on STM32F103 and SG3524 is proposed for the switching power supply with the output voltage of 5 V-100 V. The DC/DC push-pull power converter is used for the main circuit of the switching power supply, and STM32F103 uses the internal DAC to output voltages, and after comparing them with sampling feedback output voltage errors, analog voltages are taken as the reference voltage of the SG3524. Then SG3524 generates PWM automatically according to the variation of reference voltage. The PWM is used to drive the main circuit MOSFET and regulate the MOSFET output pulse width after be amplified by IR2110 power amplifier, to achieve continuously adjustable output voltages. The test results indicate that the output voltage of the switch power supply can be adjusted continuously from 5 V to 100 V, the maximum output power is 200 W, which achieves the good effect, and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.
