建设工程招标代理行业现状及其工作优化策略探究

建设工程招标代理机构作为一种中介性质的服务机构,其主要的职能是根据招标方的委托选出最佳的中标方。随着经济体制的深化改革,越来越多的单位由于其自身招标能力的不足而选择委托招标代理机构进行招标工作,与此同时建设工程招标代理机构也一定程度上推动了我国工程招投标事业的发展。而随着我国的建设工程招标代理机构的不断发展,招标代理行业也逐渐暴露出了许多问题。本文通过论述我国建设工程招标代理机构的发展历程,分析现阶段招标代理行业所存在的问题,提出一系列解决这些问题的建议或方法。

Tender agency of construction project is a kind of intermediary service organization, its main function is to select the best bidder according to the entrustment of the tenderee. With the deepening reform of the economic system, more and more units choose tender agencies to invite bids because of their lack of tender ability. At the same time, the construction tender a- gency has also promoted the development of our project tender to a certain extent. With the continuous development of China＇s construction project tender agency, the tender agency industry has gradually exposed many problems. This thesis discussing the development process of tender agency of construction project in our country, analyzes the problems existing in the tender agency industry at present, and puts forward a series of suggestions or measures to solve these problems.
