蒸发热水塔是四喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术在渣水处理过程中热量回收交换的重要设备,其结构主要由上、下塔两部分组成,上塔称为热水室,下塔为蒸发室,通过对蒸发热水塔上塔塔内件由填料更改为板式改造,运行效果良好。

For the opposed four nozzle water-coal slurry gasification technology, evaporating hot water tower is an important equipment for heat recovery and exchange during residue water treatment. The equipment consists of top and bottom tower, which is called hot water room and evaporating room. By using tray instead of pack as internals in top tower, operation effect is good.
