Antifreezing summary of instrument system in chemical production

兖矿煤化工项目地处黄土高原北部,冬季漫长而寒冷。生产系统压力、流量、液位、温度等仪器、仪表受低温的影响,常出现环境温度过低发生冻结、凝固、析出结晶等现象,直接影响到仪表测量显示的准确性,从而威胁到系统的安全运行,严重者可能引发中毒、火灾、爆炸等安全事故。本文就煤化工生产系统冬季仪表系统暴露的问题以及整改措施进行小结。

Yankuang coal chemical project is located in the north of Loess Plateau where winter is long and cold. Instruments metering pressure, flow, level, temperature often have the phenomena of freeze, solidification, crystallization because of low ambient temperature, which affect the accuracy of instrument directly and threaten safe operation of systems. Severe cases may lead to poisoning, fire, explosion and other security incidents. In this paper, problems and retrofit measures of instrument system are briefly summarized.
