摘要
对循环水水质影响较大的主要因素包括药剂的有效性及水质中的浓缩倍数和pH值。它们间接地影响了循环水的总溶解固体量、钙硬和碱度等数值,并影响到水的饱和pH值、饱和指数和稳定指数,决定了循环水腐蚀或结垢的倾向,通过分析目前鲁南化工东厂区循环水装置的补水水质情况及相关工艺参数,选用合适的水处理方案,决定着最终水处理的能耗降低及水质达标。
The main factors influencing circulating water quality include effectiveness of agents, concentration number and pH. They indirectly affect the total dissolved solids, calcium stiffness, basicity, saturated pH, saturation index and stability index of circulating water, determining the corrosion or fouling tendency of circulating water. By analyzing water quality of recirculation device and the relevant process parameters in Lunan chemical east company, choosing appropriate water treatment scheme, the energy consumption reduces and water quality reaches standard.
