不同手术方式联合早期膀胱灌注化疗对浅表性膀胱癌患者性生活质量的影响

Influences of different surgical methods combined with early intravesical chemotherapy on the quality of marital sex life of patients with superficial bladder cancer

目的:探讨不同手术方式联合早期膀胱灌注化疗对浅表性膀胱癌患者夫妻性生活质量的影响。方法:对我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的浅表性膀胱癌患者80例的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:经尿道汽化电切术组患者的手术时间、术后留置导尿管时间及住院时间均显著短于膀胱部分切除术组(P<0.05);术中出血量显著少于膀胱部分切除术组(P<0.05),性欲、性唤起、性生活频率、性生活接受度、性高潮、性关系满意度评分均显著高于膀胱部分切除术组(P<0.05),性行为症状发生比例显著低于膀胱部分切除术组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率12.5%显著低于膀胱部分切除术组22.5%(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道汽化电切术较膀胱部分切除术联合早期膀胱灌注化疗更能有效提高浅表性膀胱癌患者的夫妻性生活质量。

Objectives： To investigate the influence of different surgical methods combined with early intra- vesical chemotherapy on the quality of marital sex life of patients with superficial bladder cancer. Methods： The clinical data of 80 patients with superficial bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results： The operative time, indwelling catheter time and hospital stay of the tran- surethral resection group were significantly shorter （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the blood loss was significantly less （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the sexual desire, sexual arousal, the frequency of sexual life, sexual life acceptance, orgasm and sexual satisfaction scores were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the sex proportion of symptoms was significantly lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the incidence of adverse reactions （ 12.5% , 5/40 ） was significantly lower than the partial cysteetomy group （22. 5%, 9/40） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The transurethral resection combined with early intravesical chemother- apy is more effective in improving the quality of marital sex life of patients with superficial bladder cancer.
