卵巢过度刺激综合征的药物预防新进展

New progress in the prevention and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

作为辅助生殖技术中最常见、最严重的并发症,卵巢过度刺激综合征(ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)已严重影响患者的健康及生活质量。因此,应充分重视OHSS的预防工作。本文就如何通过药物减弱免疫应答反应、减少VEGF及炎性因子的产生从而减少OHSS的发生率进行综述,并对OHSS的预防新进展做一相关介绍。

As the most common and the most serious complication, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome （OHSS） has seriously affected the health and life of patients. Therefore, attention should be paid to the OHSS pre- vention. In this paper, articles about reducing the incidence of OHSS by weakening immune response with drugs and reducing production of VEGF and inflammatory factor were reviewed, and the new progress in the prevention of OHSS was introduced.
