米非司酮联合间苯三酚在中孕引产中的临床疗效观察

Effect of mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol on the induction of labor in mid-term pregnancy

目的:探讨米非司酮联合间苯三酚在中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年8月我院诊治的中孕引产患者115例,采用随机数字方法将患者分为实验组、对照组1及对照组2。实验组采用间苯三酚联合米非司酮及利凡诺羊膜腔注射治疗,对照组1采用米非司酮联合利凡诺羊膜腔注射治疗,对照组2单用利凡诺。结果:实验组及对照组1在引产成功率、引产时间、出血量、胎盘胎膜滞留率、术后行清宫术等指标方面均显著优于对照组2(P<0.01),实验组在引产时间上优于对照组1(P<0.05),实验组的软产道损伤、引产疼痛明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中孕引产患者在米非司酮联合利凡诺针羊膜腔注射治疗基础上联合间苯三酚治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objectives： To observe the effect of mifepristone combined with phloroglucinol on the induction of labor in mid -term pregnancy. Methods： 115 patients in mid -term pregnancy from January 2015 to August 2016 receiving induced labor in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group 1 and control group 2. Control group 1 received mifepristone in combination with rivanol amniotic cavity injection treatment; con- trol group 2 received rivanol treatment, and experimental group received phloroglucinol joint with mifepristone and rivanol amniotic cavity injection treatment. Results： Successful induction rate, induction duration, blood loss, re- tention rate of fetal membranes and other indexes of observation group and control group 1 were significantly better than those of control group 2 （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The induction duration of experimental group was better than control group 1 （P 〈 0. 05）. Laceration of birth canal and induced labor pain of experimental group was significantly lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Phloroglucinol joint with mifepristone and rivanol amniotic cavity in- jection treatment for patients receiving induction of labor in mid -term pregnancy has better effect, which should be widely applied.
