天然气管道泄漏孔径对激光检测的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 管道作为输送流体的传输工具,在天然气的输配过程中扮演着巨大的作用。然而天然气管道破裂而引起的泄漏产生的危害很大,采用激光检测技术是及时发现泄漏并采取防护措施的重要手段,但泄漏扩散过程对激光检测产生一定的影响。基于对泄漏过程的分析,建立了架空天然气管道泄漏扩散和激光检测过程模型,数值分析了不同泄漏孔径下管道泄漏天然气扩散过程,探讨了其对激光检测的影响。研究结果表明:天然气管道泄漏孔径对其气体扩散影响较大,高速泄漏时随着泄漏孔径的增大,天然气扩散浓度增大,激光检测信号强度变弱。研究结果可以对管道进行有效的评价和控制,为应急救援提供依据。 As a transmission tool for conveying fluid, pipeline plays an essential role in the process of natural gas transmission and distribution. However, The great harm caused by pipeline rupture needs to be forecasted by the laser detection technology. But the leakage diffusion process has a certain influence on the laser detection. Therefore, the processing model of the overhead natural gas pipeline leakage diffusion and laser detection were established based on the analysis of leakage process. It analyzed the gas diffusion process in different leakage apertures and discussed the influences on laser detection. The results show that leakage aperture has a great effect on gas diffusion. The natural gas diffusion concentration increase when the leaking speed is high, and the laser detection signal becomes weak. The research results could be used for assessment and control of natural gas pipeline and provide evidence for emergency rescue.
