变速箱壳体3D打印熔模铸造工艺分析 被引量:7

摘要 以变速箱壳体铸件试制为例,分析了3D打印蜡模石膏熔模铸造技术路线、关键工艺过程和应用效果,对3D打印蜡模及铸件产品精度进行了测量分析。结果表明,3D打印蜡模石膏熔模铸造技术工艺过程稳定,铸件精度高,适用于快速试制铝合金铸造新产品样件。 With a transmission case casting part for example, the technical line, key process and application effects of the 3D printing wax model - plaster mold investment casting were analyzed. The dimension deviation of the 3D printing wax model and the casting part for a transmission case were measured. The results indicate that the 3D printing wax model - plaster mold investment casting technology, with advantage of quick manufacture, reliable technique and casting quality, can be used for trial-manufacture of aluminum alloy new product development.
