摘要
在机体零件的设计阶段,在虚拟环境下分析机体铸件的可制造性、工艺性,基于分析结果对机体的不合理结构进行改进优化,经设计、制造、验证的循环改进后,获得符合要求的铸造工艺和生产过程控制参数,可以指导后期机体铸件生产。在虚拟环境中完成铸件的设计、制造、验证、改进等工作,评估、提高铸件设计的可制造性,节省研制成本、缩短研制周期。
During the design phase of cylinder frame, the manufacturability and processing property of the casting are analyzed in the virtual environment, then the unreasonable structure of the casting can be improved and optimized based on the analysis results. The casting process and the process parameters that meet the requirement are obtained after cyclic improvement of the design, manufacturing, verification technology, which can guide the following casting production. The complete design, manufacturing, verification technology and improvement in the virtual environment, can assess and improve the design manufacturability of casting, save development cost and shorten development period.
