碘舒阶梯式短期治疗后部睑缘炎效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of short-term treatment of ioseric ladder in posterior blepharitis

目的:评价给予后部睑缘炎患者碘舒阶梯式短期治疗的效果及应用价值。方法:选取96例后部睑缘炎患者(共158只患眼)开展对照试验,首先按照1∶1比例随机分为两组,分别记为治疗组(48例,共82只患眼)和对照组(48例,共76只患眼)。所有患者均给予常规疗法,对照组另给予妥布霉素滴眼液治疗,而治疗组另实施碘舒阶梯式短期治疗。对比治疗前后症状评分变化及临床疗效,并统计治疗后不同时刻患者眼内压变化,观察不良反应情况。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗后体征评分均较治疗前大幅度降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组评分远低于对照组(P<0.05),组间临床疗效差异显著(P<0.05),且治疗组总有效率远高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不同时刻眼压变化均无明显差异(P>0.05),且组内每两个时刻比较差异也不具有显著性(P>0.05),两组均无不良反应。结论:在后部睑缘炎患者中实施碘舒阶梯式短期治疗效果理想,并且能够显著减轻临床症状,对眼内压无明显不良影响,安全可靠。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of short-term treatment of ioseric ladder in patients with posterior blepharitis. Methods： A total of 96 cases of posterior blepharitis patients（ 158 illed eyes） were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（ 48 cases,82 illed eyes） and control group（ 48 cases,76 illed eyes）. All of the patients were given conventional therapy,and the control group was given Tobramycin Eye Drops,while the treatment group was given short-term ioseric ladder. The changes of symptom scores before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy were compared,and the changes of intraocular pressure were observed after different treatment,as well as the adverse reactions. Results： The symptom score after treatment was significantly decreased compared with those before treatment（ P 0. 05）,which was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The clinical efficacy was significantly different between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in IOP changes between the two groups（ P 0. 05）,and there was no significant difference in each time point（ P 0. 05）. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion： The effect of shortterm ioseric ladder treatment in patients with posterior blepharitis is ideal,for it significantly reduces the clinical symptoms and has no obvious adverse effect on intraocular pressure,therefore it is safe and reliable.
