医院中药处方点评存在的问题及典型案例分析

Existing problems of prescription review on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and analysis of typical cases in our hospital

目的:整理医院中药处方点评存在的问题并对典型案例进行分析,旨在提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:根据《处方管理办法》、《中药处方格式及书写规范》、药品说明书等对我院中药处方进行点评,找出问题并进行典型案例解析。结果:问题主要涉及处方书写的规范性和药物使用的适宜性两大类,具体表现14个小类。结论:通过处方点评工作,对发现的不合理处方应积极干预,良好沟通,有效提高了中药处方书写的规范性和用药的合理性,确保了医疗安全。

Objective： To sort out the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital and analyze the typical cases in order to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs.Methods： According to ＂prescription management method＂,＂traditional Chinese medicine prescription format and writing norms＂,the drug instructions and other traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in our hospital were reviewed to find out the problems and to analyze a typical case. Results： The main problems involved prescription writing and drug indication,presenting in 14 categories. Conclusion： Through the prescription review work and active intervening of unreasonable prescription,as well as good communication,we effectively improve the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine prescription and the rationality of drug use,thus ensure the medical safety.
